How Amazing!

It is amazing that just over three weeks ago we started looking at houses to buy.  After looking at probably 20+ houses and countless hours on the computer, we explored the idea of building a house.  Now the plumbing is complete, and the slab is almost ready to be poured on a New Construction Energy Star home.... our brand new house!!!   The house is in a very early stage, but we already feel very confident and comfortable that we made the right choice to build our first home.

first met Justin & Lyndsay on a call for another home and almost thought that was the perfect home, but after their careful consideration they decided it was a good home but not the perfect home.  As a smart young couple they showed a lot of poise.  After many more homes we decided to look at new construction.  Along with Luke now, who was visiting Grand Parents initially, they really loved the mature neighborhood and quality of the builder.  The rest was history and they are well along with construction now some 2 weeks later.  Congratulations!
